Vicky Cook’s yoga classes have been described as dynamic, intelligent and playful, good for anyone new to yoga or someone wanting to deepen their practice. Yoga is often described as “meditation in motion”, combining breath with movement, to tone and strengthen the body, quiet the mind, and refresh the spirit. Hatha Yoga utilizes a series of postures called “asanas” to lift you to a whole new level of flexibility, strength, balance and energy.
